Rotosound Jumbo King Strings (12-54)

The king of strings. Have used Roto’s on my basses for decades. Don’t know why I wasn’t using these acoustic strings. Really great tone that I hadn’t realised I was missing until I put them on.

These are excellent strings, well packaged and at a good price The sound quality is top class as I always have from Rotosound.I have them on my guitars and carry 2 spare sets - not that I've ever had one break when playing.

These are very good strings. I would highly recommend phosphor bronze strings over bronze strings. They sound better and last longer. Of course, thickness of strings is a personal matter, but I find that 12's kind of "kick arse" (though bending them can take some practice). The Rotosound name speaks for itself.

I really like these strings, they make my very ordinary guitar sound great. I also like that they are made in Britain, come in a single packet, are colour coded and cost less than a fiver with free postage too.

A great set of strings. I have used many brands but have always stuck with Rotosound for acoustic. The gauge here is slightly thicker than I am use to, however it suits strumming. Its sounds fantastic. I have them also on a a 12 string as well. Great tone!

It is a bit subjective and you can get into lots of boring nonsense with anything to do with music. For me I look for simple quality and some longevity as I'm one of those who rarely changes strings. Compared to the strings I bought years ago, these days they retain their quality and don't tarnish so easily. Good value in my opinion.

I have been using these strings for years, they are probably the best sounding strings for accoustic guitar ever. Plenty of bright clear tone and excellent bass response give my Lakewood and Yamaha guitars a rich and pleasant output with good sustain. Highly recommended.

These are absolutely decent, although quite generic, sounding phosphor bronze strings - unfortunately they’re VERY inconsistently wrapped near the ball ends and three of the four wrapped strings had noticeable barbs and/or kinks sticking out of them which will unnecessarily wear the bridge of your guitar. Actually noticed a little chip in the low E bridge hole of my rosewood bridge USA Martin when removing them... not particularly happy.They’re probably fine if you’re a beginner with a cheap guitar or possibly even an ebony bridge equipped higher end guitar in a pinch but they’re not for me. Went back to D’Addario nickel bronze and won’t be looking back.

Excellent strings

Produced good tone and are not as stiff as others in this gauge. The ball end color codes are the most sensible I have seen.
