I like this pairing.The bracelet does function well as an aromatherapy device.The necklace is NOT a whistle even though it looks like one. The point of it, it seems, is to focus the breath for a mindful moment.Honestly, simple mindful breathing doesn't need a gimmick IMHO, but I wanted to try it.For some people, this type of device might help engage the relaxation response, so I do deem it useful for that, and perhaps as a handy reminder to focus.Besides that, both are attractive. I will absolutely use them regularly.
