Great Quality GF Pasta
The flavor and texture are great! This holds together and is like eating traditional pasta. I actually serve it to the whole family, not just my own plate.

This is by far the best gluten free fusilli pasta on the market. It tastes just like regular pasta.I used it for a pasta salad and for roast and noodles. My family couldn't tell the difference.So very happy with my purchase. Schar products are the best out there. Both the breads and pastasare out of this world delicious.

I feel so much better eating gluten free
I feel so much better eating gluten free, and have searched for a delicious gluten free pasta brand. After having tried MANY I learned that the Bonta-Italia brand offered by Schar is excellent. It contains corn, but doesn't TASTE like corn when you eat it or smell like corn, like so many gluten free pastas do. I have tried the spaghetti and loved it, and the Fusilli is outstanding as well. I can have a pasta salad again this summer! I recommend this brand highly for those on a gluten free diet, or not.

great tasting
this is my favortie tasting gluten free pasta, however it says may contain soy...would give this 5 stars if they swapped out the vegetable oil for a better quality oil. The texture of the cooked pasta is great, and goes well with sauces. You can barely tell it's gluten-free!

Perfect!!
SO much better than nasty brown rice noodles! Highly recommend! These are the same GF noodles they use at The Olive Garden restaurants. I asked the server ad then found them on Amazon.

Schar is our favorite gluten-free pasta.
Our family is Italian and grew up on pasta but both kids developed a gluten intolerance in their teens. Schar is one of the only GF pastas we've found that has a light flavor, cooks well, and stays soft in the fridge. The fusilli is great in pasta salad, but cook it carefully as the ridges are somewhat fragile if overlooked.

Better than most
So. Gluten free pasta. If you’ve tried it you know it’s not like the other pasta. But out of the other brands I’ve tried, this is the best! Watch the cooking time - undercook and it taste nasty bu overcook and it just falls apart. So it needs “babysitting” or “pasta sitting” if you prefer
