I have only had this dispense for 2 months and it's rusting and there is nothing I can do about it because it has Ben over 30 days!!! Not cool!

Terrific design!
I purchased one of these 3 months ago for a dish detergent dispensor on the kitchen sink & I just purchased a second one for hand soap dispensor on the kitchen sink - great having the two match at each side of the sink ....... the best thing about this dispensor is how it works, like an oil can! My family, and people at work, have ruined so many soap dispensors with their thumb more pressing more the spout to pump the soup and eventually breaking the spout off - THIS OIL CAN PUMP IS GREAT - they have to press the pump and the spout puts forth the soap at an angle, so they have to use both hands to get the soup they need - as a result they don't break the dispensor - the pump action is perfect, the presentation of the dispensor is good and nice looking. Eventually, I'll replace all the soup dispensors here at home and at the place where I work with the oil can design dispensor.

Simple things that make me happy
This soap dispenser is not one of the more major purchases through Amazon, but it is one of the best. We have bought soap dispensers in the past that leaked, spigots fell out, and generally were substandard even though they looked great. We bought two of these for our master bath, and they look absolutely elegant. With a soap that matches our colors, it looks like a designer piece made exclusively for our bathroom. The pump is smooth and emits just the right amount of soap with no drippy mess. The large opening makes refilling extraordinarily easy and mess-free.Some reviews mention rusting, but the steel seems to be rust-resistant. I don't intend to have it sit in an area where water is abundant (it's on the counter next to the sink, but not a lot of splash). It also has a one-year warranty and simple return policy, so I am not worried.Who knew a soap dispenser could make me this giddy!?

THIS LITTLE WONDER PAYS FOR ITSELF IN SAVED DETERGENT!
Today's dish detergent bottles make it all but impossible to get just a drop or two out, or even a small stream. The holes are just too big. It's hard to get only as much as one really needs. But this little wonder makes it easy to get as much or little detergent as one wants.BOTTOM LINE: THIS PRODUCT PAYS FOR ITSELF.We are using about half/a third as much detergent as we used to.Do the math...The plunger could have a little smoother action, but once one figures out the right way to push, it's easy to control the amount one wants, down to a drop or two (gentle, steady pressure with the heel of the hand does the trick nicely). It's also very easy to refill. We've had ours for several months, and have no complaints.Highly recommended!

Very cheap and poor quality, not worth it.
Very cheap, poor quality and had to throw it away in less than a month. When you push the pump down, the soap slowly oozes its way back up and leave a soapy gew around the pump area. Gets sticky and messy and if you don't wipe it, it eventually drips. I found a sturdier real metal and glass version at Target for $12 and it works way better. This was NOT a good buy, not even as a temporary dispenser.
