The card is not read or detected by the SCM Microsystems Smart Card Reader 3310. I went out to Amazon and purchased one PIVKEY C910 CAC card and it came with instructions on Admin Software to download and included dll files. That card is identified and loads the certificates fine for the card reader. When implemented my two-factor authentication works fine. On the PVC cards they still are not working.
