Build quality is excellent, really impressed.The gadget is simple but very effective. It charges my Casio watches very effectively with virtually no light bleeding out from the sides. It is very small but has a nice weight to it because of the solid metal construction.Would highly recommend if you have any solar watches.Delivery to UK from Amazon US was really impressive. Arrived within a week.

I bought this solar watch charger to charge a G-Shock which arrived with two out of five bars charged. Placed it on the charger and within a couple of hours it had fully charged the watch. I was really impressed. I normally keep my solar watches on the shady side of a window sill to keep them topped up when not in use, but, with the new one, I was concerned it wouldn’t get enough charging during the winter.I did try to charge my Garmin 2 Solar but that was less successful. I let it on for an hour and it went from 82 to 84%. Someone else commented that their Garmin didn’t charge either.I think the batteries on smart watches are probably larger and need sun or, preferably, mains charging.So, for all other solar watches this is a neat idea. It’s small, runs off a usb 3 and seems well made. It barely gets warm in use, which is good for the watch. I like the inclusion of two silicone rings and the on / off button.Well worth it as an emergency charger for the long winter days!

Works great charging my solar battery gshocks..not alot of light escapes or gets to hot to touch wish I bought it ages ago

Works well with my solar G Shocks, leave them for 10-12 hours and they fully charge from Low battery.

My solar watch was showing "low battery", as I'd changed jobs I wasn't getting out as much so I worked out it needed some (occasional) help. Only had to use it once (so far), in a month, so it definitely works. Easy to use

When first connected the charger would not switch on. After changing to a new cable it was fine,The cable was faulty on the charger usb 3.0 end. For the price I was disappointed. But happy that I could work around the problem. |

This is a solid device that produces a very bright light. I have used it to charge a small Citizen Eco Drive watch and it has worked perfectly. Unsure of its longevity as only had it a couple of weeks.
