I ordered a u-shaped grey pillow, and received a grey one on first delivery, but the zip of pillow was torn and so i returned it. The second time a good quality pillow, with a good zip, but the colour delivered was maroon. Since the pillow is good I decided to keep it, and so far it is comfortable to use.
