it is quite a challenging build but make sure to follow instructions to the T - I had to stop and go back a few steps because I did not pay attention and then got some of the problems other reviewers mentioned. If you do everything properly, it works great.

This was way too easy to build! But it works great!! Bought it to give my sister something cute and it has her nickname on it! Nicknack. Some pieces already installed are very fragile when installing another piece but easy enough to glue just be careful! I was really shocked at the beauty of this piece and didn’t realize it is huge! lol awesome product awesome build!

The media could not be loaded. My daughter saw this and asked me to get it for her. I was hesitant at first but she said "Dad, you can get it to play ANY song. And I really want to Rick Roll people". Well, her mission was accomplished. You're welcome!

Initially, the "wood" is not wood--it is "fiberboard", which is not anywhere near as sturdy as wood. I should have been wary when I saw they were covered in paper, and then when the directions said to "use your own glue" when pieces break; the pieces can be very thin and break easily. They cannot be sanded to eliminate burrs. The sections do not fit together as they should, even using cardboard as a frame. I've stopped building this as it's not worth my time and effort.

I gave this as a gift last Xmas and it was a hit except that it came with 2 orange keys and was missing the red one. I got no response from the vendors :(The recipient didn’t want to bother returning it…

The media could not be loaded. My 12 year old put this together in a few hours or less. You can put the little pins in different places to make different songs. It's bigger than I expected which is probably good because the little wood pieces would be very difficult to assemble if it were any smaller. Good buy at the price I got it for.

Received this today. Sending it back as there are no instructions in English. The music sheets are in English and the instructions are in another language. I am getting a replacement sent so hopefully that one has English instructions or it will be going back as well.UPDATE: The replacement came with directions in English. This was not hard to put together however the directions can be a bit hard to follow as the pictures are small. I did miss a few things and had to go back. Took only a couple hours to put together. Overall it is a pretty cool puzzle!

It was fun to put together, however, the wood had what seems like a laminated plastic on it so if you wanted to stain it or color it before putting together or at all, I don’t recommend.Of all the wooden puzzle sets I’ve put together, I never had to use super glue to hold them together and found myself waxing a lot of small parts.This puzzle was the first to make me use super glue and rarely did I touch the wax provided.I don’t believe the person wrote the sheet of music ideas understands music theory because Ode to joy feels off.One video is a basic scale with some chords while the other is Ode to Joy from the music sheet.
