Great tool
I bought this for a Christmas gift. And the person I bought it for how's it every day he said.

White has the quad pads.
I've seen some saying this product doesn't have the quad pad support but the white one does. It was easy to assemble just snap the bar and phone holder in then stick the adhesive foam on the elbow and forearm pads. Also came with a little foam pad presumably for your knees or feet. Idk how you would ever change the batteries but it all seems to work just fine. Product has a good weight and seems like tough plastic.

No wrist pain just stomach pain
This product does not look pretty but was easy to assemble and held up my 220lb self. I did 25 the first day and my stomach was and still is on fire 2 days later. It’s compact so can store easily under a bed. I love the I can rest my forearms on it versus using my hands being that I have carpal tunnel. Highly recommend

Broken before use

It works
My non existent Abs hurt so bad from using this thing on the first day. You can do it on your knees but I recommend you don’t, do it like a push up for a better challenge. Also my arms hurt too so you get a full workout.

They have shown four supporter and sent only two and that was also defect piece of same side and the main handle holder was damaged very poor quality and condition
