Very disappointed in this product. I got bit in Valentine's Day just a couple of months ago. It has already stopped working. I cannot get it to turn on not charge light to come on. It have me problems right off from the start, but I got used to making it come on and to charge by manipulating the button and charge cord here and there. But now, it won't do anything. I'm very angry!! 😠 I feel I deserve the company to replace it!!!

I purchased this as a replacement for one that didn't function. Imagine my dismay when the replacement arrived in an identical box (by the same company), and other than a slight difference, was the exact same product. This had me a little concerned that I'd received yet another defective product. Fortunately, that wasn't the case. This one charged and worked as promised. I liked that it had different speeds and different pulsating settings. The only thing about this that I didn't like was the extension stimulator (for lack of a better way to say it). It's too flexible, and therefore doesn't stay where I want it to. Otherwise, it works fine.
