Ruffwear Core Cooler Dogs do not have many sweat glands and can only lose heat via the feet or by panting. On warm days, your dog can use some support to stay cool. The Ruffwear Core Cooler is a panel that your dog can wear underneath its Webmaster Harness or Approach Pack. You can soak the Core Cooler in water. The three layers in the panel will make sure that your dog stays cool. The cooling time of the panel depends on the temperature and activity level of your dog. You can easily attach the Core Cooler to the straps of the Webmaster Harness or the Approach Pack using the hook-and-look fasteners. Please Note: The Ruffwear Core Cooler cannot be worn underneath the Front Range Harness because of the chest pieces. How does it work? The Ruffwear Core Cooler has three layers which together help to keep cool: An absorbent middle layer. The soft third layer transfers the cooling effect of the vest to your dog.
