This is not the paddles' or rubber defect. The dust will go away after several rounds of play. The rubber's tackiness means the high-quality premium rubber. We use the best rubber available on the market. Most players appreciate the spin it gives. After a literally couple of strikes, the paddles will be fine. Tackiness is needed to spin the ball while playing for more interesting and professional feel game.
