Great Bluetooth tracker for Samsung phones only. easy to set up with long battery life of 500 days or up to 700 days in energy saving mode.feels well made,works on Samsung offline find my mobile network which as of November 2024 seems to be the biggest on andriod,however it does not work with googles find my device network but that seems far from ready and samsung have done a great job with this device and app with about 300 million users all ready to ping your lost tag location.Do remember to turn ON offline finding if you own any samsung phones as this will help you find your phone even if has flat battery and help the find my mobile network for all of us.if you have a Samsung phone buy it now.

Brilliant item ,4 included, easy set up

Just to be clear (as of June 2025 at least) these devices only work on a Samsung Galaxy phone, unfortunately they don't work on any android phone. Other than that they are a very high quality item and work surprisingly well, very cost effective and good value, just a shame they don't work on any android phone!

I already own a Galaxy SmartTag 2 and have had it on my keys for over a year. As I’m prone to misplacing things, I decided it would be useful to have even more. I now have one in my car, one on my car keys, one on my house keys, and a spare for valuable items like my instrument. The four-pack offers great value for money, and by snagging it on a deal, it works out much cheaper than buying individual tags.They are extremely easy to use and set up. All you need is the Samsung SmartThings app installed—when you turn the tag on for the first time, it will pop up on your phone and automatically connect. Setting it up for your desired purpose is straightforward, with options for whether it’s an "on-the-go" or "stationary" item. You can even use it as a pet tracker by attaching it to a dog or cat collar.When using the tracking features, I’ve never had an issue. I’ve lost my keys before and managed to track and find them, even when they were lost in another city. The tracking isn’t live but updates every 5–10 minutes, depending on its location. There are multiple ways to locate the tag: you can ring it, which creates a loud and identifiable sound; use the "search nearby" feature, which feels a bit like a game of hot and cold; or navigate to it using your camera, with augmented reality arrows pointing you in the right direction.Battery life is excellent too—I found mine lasted about a year and a half on a single battery. You can also adjust the tag's tracking frequency to conserve power if needed.Overall, if you’re part of the Samsung ecosystem, I would highly recommend this product as an Apple AirTag alternative. However, it’s important to note that the SmartTag 2 doesn’t work on non-Samsung devices.

Bought these to track golf clubs while travelling abroad.Really easy to set up, excellent location tracking, accurate to within a few yards.Exactly what I bought them for and 4 for a really good price. Definitely recommend.

Quite impressed with these. Got two in our luggage when we went abroad, we could track the location of the luggage after it was sent through baggage handling at London airport as well as through two Greek airports, we knew it was sent on the same plane as we took. Have a third hidden in my campervan so I know where that is, the vehicle also has a tracker but this seems to be just as efficient in tracking it's locations. Recommended.

I tried for hours to get the augmented find feature to work and i couldn't, i have a 'Flagship device' (Samsung Galaxy fold 6) so this should have worked straight away, i searched/googled/watched youtube videos followed all the advice i could find and still wouldn't work, so be wary of that if that's a feature your purchasing for.Also i live in a house with thick walls and while testing it from one room to the other it would lose connection...so if i cant find in my OWN HOME!!! what's the point, size good, accuracy poor, ease of use poor, in the end just returned.

Very easy to set up and just work, although they need samsung phone to set up and track. They depend on the tag being seen by other samsung phones to work. Most places this is OK as there is usually a samsung phone near most city locations. Not so much in the country. We use on our dog, suitcases and sometimes keys.
