Decent devise, No customer service
The media could not be loaded. This seems to be a decent devise, but I do t think I should hear stuff moving around in the inside I asked the manufacturer and have not heard anything back. I have followed up a few times to no avail. The device does seem to do some good for my tennis elbow, so at least there is that. Although, I’m not sure I would recommend this due to the lack of customer service.

At Home Red Light Therapy
I am a World Champion Powerlifter and I have made space in my training bag for this device. It's rechargeable and comes with a very long cord that enables you to use it while it's plugged in. It is a little heavy for one-handed use but doable. I have a knee that acts up during heavy comps and I am a true believer in Red light therapy. I use it daily and during training sessions. It has at least 10 diode red lights and does exactly what is advertised. I feel like this handheld is a bit pricey because you can get a cheaper device. I am happy with it's performance and durability and will continue to use it.

I think it works
I've used this light therapy device on my ankle, which tends to be oversensitive and swells up after a lot of walking. Paired with on/off icing, I feel like it does make a bit of a difference the next day. The light from the device is bright, so I have to use it under blankets so that it doesn't attract the attention of my cats.

Very bright and a tad bulky
I had different expectations for this, but at least it came with the protective red light therapy sunglasses and VERY detailed instructions. I found everything to be bulky and heavy, which was not ideal for me considering I would be holding the red light device for quite sometime.I didn't notice any of the benefits that are supposed to come with red light therapy, so it wasn't so great in that area.

Easy way to do at-home pain therapy
I have chronic pain in my shoulders and upper back, as well as other random muscle pains. So this device piqued my interest as an alternative to acupuncture, which can get expensive. The device is battery powered and charges by USB-C (included). The battery life seems substantial, and if it runs down, I think you can still use the device even while it's charging. The seller includes some dark glasses to wear while you're operating it -- which, along with some of the warnings in the booklet -- I found intimidating at first. After you power the device on, you can set the screen for the number of minutes you want the therapy to run before shutting off. I'm being conservative and using it for 10 minutes. You can set the power (intensity) and you can also set the mode: "CW" is "continuous" and "PW" is "pulsed." PW, according to the booklet, provides better results. You must hold the device against your skin, with the light facing towards you. Do not hold it at a distance, because it actually needs to make contact with your skin. However, you should not feel any heat. I hear a faint electronic sound while it's operating, which is good -- it tells me that it's running. My shoulder actually feels looser (less tight and less painful) after I use it, and the area feels rather cool. Although I don't want to over-use this device, I will try to use it every day for at least 10 minutes to see if I notice longer-lasting changes over time.

It Seems to Work
I was at my vet recently and decided to go through some of their leaflets and one that caught my eye was a dog wearing goggles. The leaflet was for red light therapy. Honestly, it sounded like voodoo science, but reading the whole brochure and talking to my vet, I thought I would give it a try. My dog was on arthritis medication for a while until the vet to me to stop using that because it may be affecting her kidneys. I decided getting my own red light therapy devise would be better to driving to my vet frequently for pricy sessions. The box came with the right light, a charging cord (unfortunately it does not use a uniform USB cable in case this cord gets lost or broken), a charger, and sunglasses to wear when using the red light. Again, unfortunately no pet goggles even though the half the instructions seem to be devoted to use on animals. I did, though, find a way around this without needing doggy goggles, or even human sunglasses. I just put a blanket over her when using the red light to protect both our eyes. The red light therapy devise is easy to use. There is an On/Off button (you do need to hold it, I guess you do not want it to go off accidentally if it is bad for your eye), a button to change the power (there are 4 bar which go up in 25% intervals), a time button (which goes up in one minute intervals, or ten if you hold it), and a mode button that goes between a continuous light and a pulsing light. It is a little annoying that the continuous light is the default even though all but one symptom suggests using a pulsating light. The display also shows you how much of the battery is left which is just four bars so presumably you are somewhere between 100% and 75% when there are four bars. While I got this to help with my dog’s arthritis, I do have some arthritis in my hip too. I do have to say my hip does feel a little better and it does seem my dog is moving a little better. The instruction comes with a helpful guide with seventeen different ailments and how long you should use this for ranging from 10-20 minutes. There is a separate guide for pets with fifteen different ailments. The back cover features a dog, a horse, a cat, a rabbit, and even a pair a humans, so if you have one of those, or are one, who is in pain, you may want to give red light therapy a chance.

GREAT PAIN RELIEF ALTERNATIVE!
I've had knee pain for the last month from pulling something at the gym, i always use ice & heating pad but do help for a little bit.. but I have been using this for 3 months now & the relief is so much more! It really works.. which I am so happy about. It comes with a charging cable (which i have used while charging) and does hold a pretty decent charge. It also comes with glasses to protect your eyes.. which I personally dont use but you may! Recommend to anyone with an annoying pain!
