Tired of taking so many supplements in capsules so I was delighted to find this in a gummy that works as well as capsules. Gives my brain a boost that leads to clearer thinking, better word finding ability, and overall better cognition.

My daughter, my husband and I all take this supplement. It is very helpful for calming and stressful situations. We use it on a daily basis. Enjoy it when we get a value to for one, but I have had trouble with the shipping and the product getting there on time the product before this one was delivered damaged, this is the second one it was not damaged

I kept hearing about these gummies & how they reduce stress and promotes calmness but they’re extremely expensive everywhere! Ran across these and said hey why not! I ordered them late Friday night & they were on my doorstep by 11am the next day & there definitely was extra handling… they put those air filled cushions things on both sides in the box so they weren’t rolling around everywhere & lastly they definitely gave me a “calm” feel. I wasn’t too stressed today or maybe it was because of the 2 gummies I took haha. Thank you!!

These gummies provide a good way to try out ashwagandha. They have a relatively low dose at 300 mg/serving, compared with up to 1300 mg/serving in other supplements in my cabinet.I don’t always feel like downing a couple of pills, so I appreciate having gummies to add into my rotation. I like the strawberry flavor and couldn’t taste anything else (though ashwagandha doesn’t have much of a flavor). The texture was perfect; not too chewy or sticky. All things considered, this a delicious product ideal for someone looking for a low dose of ashwagandha.

I have had success with ashwagandha products in the past and was interested in this product because of it being in gummy form. Ashwaganhda can have a bad taste, and my hope was that this wouldn’t. I can honestly say that the flavor of these gummies is actually quit good - they are a little firmer than most gummies but still chewable (and you can sort of suck on them and let them gradually ‘melt’). The price is also good. The problem for me though is that I noticed no impact from taking these - I took two gummies daily for approx. one week and never noticed any change. The dosage is quite low and that may account for the lack of effect for me, but I am not sure. I am going to increase the dosage to 3 to see if that changes things, but then the value becomes less attractive since that would mean it is only a 20 day supply rather than 30. So, bottom line is good flavor but effectiveness is lacking.

These are great little gummies at an excellent price! The serving size is 2 gummies. They are so good, great strawberry flavor. They are not super soft but they are easy to chew. They are non-GMO, vegan and gluten free. I’ve used Ashwagandha before as it’s suppose to help you relax, feel calm. I really do feel it works. I like to take it when I get home for the day as I feel it helps me unwind from my busy day. I feel they are definitely worth trying at this great price.

I use Ashwagandha to help with sleep. These gummies are definitely much easier to take than caplets, but the dosage is lower than other brands. The recommended dosage is two gummies. I find these do a pretty good job with relaxation and it may be D3 is added. The price is reasonable to see if this will work for you. The gummies are not sticky and seem to have a berry flavor.
