Excellent Product | Came Dirty but Not Used
I own four Samsung T9 SSDs: three purchased directly from Samsung and one from Amazon. Overall, they’ve been excellent: fast, reliable, and consistent in performance, which is why I’m giving this a full 5 star rating. That said, the one I ordered from Amazon arrived sealed, but when I opened the box, the SSD itself was visibly dirty (photo attached). It caught me off guard, especially since I take good care of my tech and always expect brand-new items to arrive clean. At first, I considered returning it, but the only option was a service center replacement, which wasn’t worth the hassle. So I inspected it thoroughly to make sure it hadn’t been used! And internally, it looked completely untouched. I gave it a deep clean and have been using it without any issues since. Most likely, this was a rare factory mishap or possibly a repackaging situation by the seller but nothing inside suggested previous use. Just sharing this experience in case anyone else encounters the same. It doesn’t affect the performance but it’s worth noting.Still a great product and I’d recommend it.

Great for users that need ton of space and do frequent large data transfer and edits on daily basis
video editors go for this if you need a fast storage to edit off of this drive, But mind you you will get 2000MBPS only on USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 which is just not available on many computers, and no Apple Mac from M1 series chip supports it so you will get around 900mbps sustained read n write performance, its so compact that it fits your pocket and you will forget its even there. and for mac and windows its just easy to use just plug and play, but for mac users be sure to use USB c to c connection for the max speeds and format it to APFS. Design is also good. works with both macOS and windows, and also smartphones, You can even use it to connect to iPhone 15 pro or later pro series to record ProRes Log video on 4K60P directly to the ssd, overall great value for money if you need fast storage to transfer huge amounts of data on daily basis and edit videos. but if you are on mac I would suggest get a Thunderbolt SSD enclosure and a m.2 SSD with DRAM as that will be much faster then this,

Speed
1. The speed is worth the price.2. I transferred some 16gb worth videos, its took seconds.3. Though it gets warm, but not alarmingly hot.Saves time when you wanto transfter movies, series, vdos from laptop to ipad, Android phone to TV.

Blazing Fast and Reliable
The Samsung T9 is incredibly fast—transfers large video files in seconds with speeds up to 2,000 MB/s. Compact, lightweight, and perfect for creators on the go. Works flawlessly with my camera and editing setup. A must-have for professionals!

Avoid At All Costs
Super expensive but doesn't work because it gets stuck at under 100 mb/s transfer for minutes with no progress and then after 5 minutes, it starts to transfer fast, so useless. The issue is the Samsung software, better to get the cheaper T7 as the T9's speed can't be used!
