The media could not be loaded. Writing this review in January so can say that when I bought this as a gift for a friend at Christmas, it has been good the last several weeks. Got it for 2 beautiful yellow-collar/black-mask lovebirds. I didn’t intend it as a permanent home because of the size, I prefer that people give their birdies more flight space than they really need- but it is definitely okay size-wise for no more than 2 small birds. As a bird-keeper myself I would say it is suitable for a single parakeet, cockatiel or finch but in my experience, lovebirds as a mating pair like to stick close to each other. I bought separately a swing which you’ll see in the video, which they love (budgies like swings too, not so much cockatiels). This cage is a nice size to put on a patio table maybe and it is sleek and cute, color is nice and neutral so was good for the older gent I bought it for. I don’t have any complaints about the doors being insecure and the wires are easy enough to squeeze/bend for a tighter close. As to sturdiness overall it seems just fine - it’s not the same as one of those welded metal cages, as this one you assemble yourself, but it is certainly not an area for concern as some other reviewers would have you believe (I’m glad I wasn’t put off by those). The cage in its entirety was simple to put together if you know literally anything at all about bird cages- I did not strictly speaking need the instructions but it’s always good to check the pictures to know you haven’t received a defective product or missing a part. This item was packaged well and arrived undamaged between plastic and hard foam, etc. in the cardboard box. Since getting this cage I’ve bought two others off Amazon and am awaiting their arrivals to compare for what it’s worth but I am super pleased with this purchase.

I just bought a second one because I liked it so much. It's really large and a great quality for a wire cage.

The right front corner of the top was dented during transport. The perches slide and fall down when my finches land on them. Minor bloopers comparatively.

My bird loves this cage and so do I. Lots of room and easier to keep clean than her smaller cage. It was easy to set up also.

I really like this cage. It's a perfect size for two parakeets. Easy to clean. Birds like all the toys I can put in it. My house is small so it works for smaller spaces.

The birdcage is lovely however the perches don’t fit properly. They re too loose to fit across the cage they kept falling when my budgie got on it which really scared her. We had to rig them temporarily until I can get different perches that fit. The cage looks nice and is a good size however it is a bit flimsy probably why the perches don’t fit right

Much roomier than I was expecting. Perfect for my little Diamond Dove to have a friend and a nice life together. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I already have 3 Preview Hendrix bird cages. I just received this one today and started putting it together when I realized the rungs are so thin that they don't even hold anything, e.g. the green water tubes just slide down, the wood perch flies back and forth because there is no stregth, the top door will not open dompletely and the bottom after opening and closing twice the rung widened so a bird would get caught or escape, the edges of many rungs are sharp and if you hang something between the vertical or horizontal bars they just open and stay there because they are so thin they take on the new shape EEEEKKKK!!!. I wouldn't buy this for $5. It is dangerous for your birds. PH needs to do a quality andg conscience check charging $68 for this. I am totally disgusted . It is easy to put together since you could bend it into a pretzel it is so flimsy. Now I need to return this garbage. As for the seller this was shipped and arrived in a blink. I'm sure they will be getting back quite a few. Shame on Preview Hendrix. RETURNING!!!!!!!
