Electrolytes would have been a better investment
I participate in running OCR, did a “Spartan Trifecta”, using these to see Zero benefits. I used one for each of the three races an felt, and saw absolutely no change, and no reward advantages to using “Oral IV” whatsoever. For me it was a gimmick , a highly priced one at that. I could have bought tons of WATER with “Electrolytes” for that.

Amazing amazing amazing every since I got the first bottle of oral IV as change the way I feel I don’t consistently sweat I feel more energized and before I was inning out a lot out of the hospital and I would always have to get IV and now I have my bottles of oral IV.I have to go to the hospital no so frequently thank to take little step
