Came packaged well, which I appreciate because ordering supplements online sometimes you receive sketchy packages you don’t trust to ingest. It’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Decreased bloating. Not making me use bathroom any differently, but I also take fiber supplements so no noticeable difference. As far as effects on fat-ma, umm yeah. It’s doing something my bf really likes ;) ONLY downside is the dosage. It says take 4 pills 3x a day. Ugh it’s a chore. But worth the reward. Would buy again and recommend to women in need of some help In digestive and kitty health 🙏

easy to swallow, helped with painful problems, doesn’t have a bad taste, no weird smell, for this price i will buy another bottle !

Effective product. Works as intended. The taste is not very good so I take it with cranberry juice. They are thick pills so not easy to swallow and smell isn’t great but it works! Side effects for me is gas but nothing too crazy. Relieved bloating and stomach pains. Overall, great buy!

I love the fact that there are 100 capsules in one bottle. Being a vegetarian, it's a bonus that the product is also vegetarian. The main ingredient, Slippery Elm Bark, has been good to me. I appreciate the responsible packaging, and the soothing effects of this supplement have been noticeable. It’s seemed effective for me and I've tolerated it well.

so i bought this February 15 , it’s now February 16 i know that seems like a short time but i already noticed change. i saw a video that slipper elm helps females get a little wetter down there. the day i got them i took them , and today ( February 16 ) i took them and can i say WET ?! like i’ve never been this wet before. i’m not sure if it’s because how many they tell you to take or what , but i definitely will be purchasing again when i run out. These things are the holy grail & if u have trouble getting wet down there , i highly recommend! i didn’t think they were working until it was time to do the do & i was very wet! i never write reviews, but i felt like i should share this cause i didn’t see many reviews about it having this benefit. and for it to be so cheap , it works so well. I’ve tried other products & they definitely haven’t worked as well. so yeah 10/10 i recommend!side note : the pills are kind of big & they also smell kinda weird .. they leave a after taste in my mouth so it’s best to have something to eat with them. but you can also buy the powder version and put it in a drink!
