I really like the design. it is very nice. Not super comfortable but not bad either. For the price it is hard to complain. I treated the set with starbrite teak sealer so hopefully that will help it last a while. The finish from the factory is nice but very thin and I doubt it offers much protection from the elements. My previous patio furniture was the resin wicker and I will never make that mistake again. It dried out and was super brittle after 2 years and was twice the price of this set. Hoping with the sealer every year I get some time out of these, but if not I will paint them. Overall happy with the furniture, price and ease of assembly.

I love the price for four pieces. Beautiful, oak wood look. You must assemble. I did it myself.It took a little bit of time and some muscle but worth it!. I have purchased covers , I live in a very sun filled, hot city, I am trying to keep the oak color by keeping them cover when not in use.

Very small, cheap looking and uncomfortable to sit on. It was not expensive so the saying, “you get what you pay for” fits this. Nothing horrible, it is just not substantial. Gave as a gift, was not thrilled with the appearance.

This is a nice set. The wood is a great quality. I do think they sit a little low to the ground. They are pretty comfortable, but I did add some cushions for the back. They are sturdy and if you use a drill with Allen wrench bits the assembly is easy. The table top was cracked in several places, but their customer service would get 10 stars if I could give them. I short phone call and a replacement was on the way. I gave 4 stars because of the size. Perfect for my husband and I but someone over 6 foot is not going to be comfortable.

I put these together the night before a massive storm, hence the debris, but these held tight! They’re so pretty and I get compliments from everyone who visits. I wish I had scotchguarded the cushions because we have dogs and they’re pretty dirty quickly, but that’s to be expected with off white. Easy to assemble I did with my 12yo in about 30mins. We love this set!

Need 2 people to assemble but not difficult. Beautiful wood and color is fantastic! Was disappointed that the table was broken but to get it back in the box, ship it back wait for a replacement, etc was just too much. I got some wood glue but doesn’t seem to hold like it should.

Very nice furniture, no one would guess that it didn’t cost at least twice the price. Very easy to assemble using an Allen bit in an electric drill. The cushions are not quite as thick as they appeared in the photo, but they are good quality and not nearly as thin as “cheap” furniture at the big box stores. We put Teak Oil on the wood and it gave it a beautiful finish. I would definitely buy again.

After setting up the bench and table, we noticed the chairs each had one piece with cracks in them. Thought we could just get those pieces replaced, but they said we have to ship back the whole 4 piece set (that we have 1/2 setup). So frustrated. Not only is that a giant waste and not very earth friendly, it is also a huge hassle on our end. We just want two new pieces that are broken... not a whole new set! Will 100% discourage me from every purchasing a larger set like this again. Gave it two stars because I actually love the set, it is the customer service and broken pieces that have ruined the experience for me. :(
