Directions
Remove inner plastic lid, then apply to food according to taste. Pull grinder up to grind coarsly.

Vestegen salts are great but 1 star as we keep getting sent potent Mediterranean salt instead of the advertised Atlantic salt.
Vestegen salts are great but 1 star because we keep getting sent Mediterranean sea salt instead of the advertised Atlantic sea salt. The grinders look the same but the description on the back gives it away - unfortunately Mediterranean sea salt is very powerful and too strong for our liking. Please Amazon - send the correct salt as advertised!!
