Q: I'm confused, is there a power cord available or not? answer #1 says yes and #4 says no

The answer is yes a power cord is available BUT it does not come with the mirror. You have to purchase separately. The mirror lights run on batteries.

Q: In addition to the 12X magnification, is there a normal size mirror on the other side. In other words is this a two sided mirror?

yes, it has a normal side. FYI this mirror has l.e.d. lights which are bright, but don't give as even a light as the older flourescent model.

Q: I bought this mirror last year. Does using the power adaptor give more brightness to the mirror? Can I buy the adaptor online/ship to Thailand?

Mirrors will always be a brighter when they are plugged in. However Thailand's voltage is 220-240AC, but the adaptor is made for the United States electrical current where it is 110 volts. So even if you purchased the adaptor, you could not use it in Thailand. If you did, it would ruin the unit. We do sell the adaptor for use in the US.

Q: My light bulb has burned out. How do I go about getting a replacement?

I dug out the instruction sheet. It says bulbs should never need replacement with normal use. Do not disassemble unit for any reason. I trust you have tried replacing batteries. The customer service support line is 1-888-378-3332. (Hours 9 - 5 eastern time). If you have had it 90 days or less, it is under warranty. They say to package it securely and send prepaid and insured with proof of purchase to: Floxite Company Inc, 31 Industrial Ave - Suite 2, Mahwah, NJ 07430.
