This charger has saved our phones and tablets many times! I charge it in the morning and bring it with me throughout the day. It charges quickly and efficiently.I had an issue with my first charger that after a few weeks, it stopped being recharged itself. I contacted Yoobao costumer service through the link in my “orders” tab and they responded within 24 hours. They mailed me a new one at no cost and I received the new one a few days later. Wonderful costumer service and they stand behind their product.

Nice sleek design and easy to carry while traveling or just for daily use. It has 2 ports to charge both my phone and iPad at the same time and holds a good charge. This is one I can throw in my purse and take with me.

While this backup battery has good push, you have to lug a cable with you. I was spoiled by my MiPow backup battery, because the cable was included. The company tells me this is because it makes it compatible with more phones, so that makes sense. I'm going to grab one of those small cables that are easy to take with you. Just know you'll need one!

We lose power fairly frequently, usually not for extended periods of time but for enough time to make it well worth buying this to use with my iPhone 7+ which I then use as my personal "hotspot" so I can have temporary wi-fi to use my iPad or MacBook Air. And it works fine-as I expected it would. I don't take it out of the house. That's what those smaller ones (<3,000mAh ones) are for!

A must have, don’t hesitate to buy! I work and browse on my cell phone a lot and didn’t realize how much I needed this. This device kept BOTH my wife’s Samsung and my iPhone charged on our Disneyworld Vacation. I’ll be gifting these this Christmas for sure, great product!

I bought this because there was a review claiming they charged two iPhone 6s phones at once. In other words the review claims it works with a IPhone 6s.It doesn’t.Update: I love it. It works with my iPhone 6s. I like the size, weight, and the “feel” of it. Highly recommend.

If you live in the country where the power goes out unexpectedly, this is definitely a handy thing to have. It will fully charge 3 basic smart phones (from about 20%) with a little power left over. I wish I'd gotten one sooner.

Works fine but not used much so far because a shipping error delayed its arrival until after we left for the trip for which I had purchased it. So far, it has functioned well but seems a bit heavier than optimum. Overall, happy I have it.
