Works well
I have Reynaud’s (pronounced RAY-nose) Syndrome, and if you don’t know what that is, it means that when it’s cold, the arteries near the skin narrow and remain in that state. For me, the result is my hands get really cold. It can affect feet as well, but in my case, it’s just my hands. So, today, my wife reminded me to drain the pool below the water line, so it doesn’t freeze the pipes. Trying to be a good husband (or one that doesn’t catch a lot of flak), I went out to siphon some of the water out of it. It was 25° outside with an 8-mph wind. That put the wind chill at around 16°. I had on a long sleeve shirt and an insulated jacket. I did not wear gloves, but with Reynaud’s Syndrome, my hands are still cold even in insulated gloves. Without any protection, it didn’t take long to get pretty uncomfortable.I was out there for about 20 minutes, putting the hose in the water and using a wet vac with a cut out top of a soda bottle screwed onto the hose to get suction. By the time I got in the house, my fingers were not just cold, they were numb, which made it hard to handle things. So, I got in the house and broke out these hand warmers. I first turned them on high. That lasted about four minutes. Although my fingers were still cold, these things got uncomfortably hot on my palms, so I turned it down to medium. After a while, even this felt a little uncomfortable. Mind you, I was holding them tightly in my hands up to this point. After I had turned them to medium and left them on that setting for five minutes. I then turned them to low for about five minutes, not gripping them as tightly, and then I turned them to medium again for about six minutes, still not gripping them as tightly as before. The end result was that the backs of my fingers were slightly cool, but comfortable after 20 minutes at varying temperature settings.High – 4 minMed – 5 minLow – 5 minMed – 6 minAfter that, I brought out the infrared (touchless) thermometer to get some temperature readings. Bear in mind that this was no scientific experiment under controlled conditions. It was just me in a room with an infrared temperature gauge. The ambient surface temperature was at 65.6°F.I measured both of the hand warmers, labeling one A and one B. Since there is nothing that distinguishes one from the other, it was an arbitrary determination. All temperatures are Fahrenheit.Bottom (opposite of button) A BLow 72.8° 71.4°Medium 78.8° 78.2°High 88.1° 85.1°Left side (looking down on warmers with red/orange button on top)This seems to be the warmest side. A BLow 95.5° 87.0°Medium 98.9° 90.3°High 118.5° 100.2°In conclusion, one hand warmer did seem to be a little bit warmer than the other. To be honest, it felt like the biggest temperature difference was between low and medium. There did not seem to be a large temperature difference between medium and high. But, again, I’m unsure of the accuracy of these readings. My earliest readings on medium and high read like this:Medium (A) 82.5° & (B) 81.8°High (A) 88.1° & (B) 89.9°I did not get a reading on the low setting.Overall, they will warm the coldest hands on the coldest days, plus they’ll provide some slight warming on cooler days on the lowest setting. They’re a keeper.

A+, reliable & easy to use in gloves
A+ product, they heat quickly, retain battery life for about 3hrs in 20F, small enough to fit inside my gloves. I run alot outside in subfreezing temps & tried alot of different gloves for runners and some heated gloves too, nothing seemed to work for me, So i bought these which are great - they are small enough to fit inside the body of my regular pair of gloves, heat up quickly, stay warm on entire outside surface (the inside surface where u can join the two indiv warmers together do not heat), no need to spend a ton of money on heated gloves that didn't really work well. On two occasions i accidentally had the warmers slip out of the gloves onto the pavement, nothing cracked or damaged, so pretty durable. Overall i'm glad for the product & price.

Great addition to my dogwalking gear!
As a dog walker, I'm always looking for good quality, dependable, and easy to use cold weather gear. These hand warmers are fantastic. Last year I bought a good pair, and they heated well, but they were pretty large and bulky. I'd have to constantly recharge them. These hand warmers? They're smaller but just as powerful, and have a longer battery life. I really like that they sent me a double power cord that charges both at the same time. I like the fact that you can set it low or high. And the size is really perfect because you're able to curl your hand around it or very easily stick it in a glove as opposed to having to keep it in your pocket. And that's the big difference.... you don't have to keep sticking your hands in your pocket your hands can be out holding leashes and caring for your dogs. Definitely recommend this product.

Get hot!
These work so well that they get hot! I love the shape, it makes them easy to hold. I got a second set to give as a gift- great unisex gift or mystery gift. Anyone can get good use out of these. I like having them with me just on the go because my hands will get cold even in the stores. Charge easily and last all day.
