Umami
There’s a depth to this matcha powder I like. It’s not too Earthy but does have some Earthy element. It doesn’t taste cheap.

Awesome
I've tried many matchas and many have not met my expectations. First of all, it states ceremonial. This is a true ceremonial. The color is a great green, subtle sweetness and unami notes. I truly enjoyed this particular matcha and the price is great for quality true matcha drinkers like myself.

Bad color, rancid taste.
I don’t if it’s just my batch but my matcha was not a good color, a brownish yellow and it tasted rancid. I know what good matcha is and it wasn’t that. Hopefully they can double check to make sure of good quality and proper storage. My cup was definitely not good matcha. I will not be buying again.

Smooth, Flavorful Matcha Delights the Senses
Diving into this ceremonial-grade matcha was an experience worth savoring. From the moment you open the package, the aroma captivates, promising a rich, authentic journey. The matcha's vibrant green hue speaks to its quality and origin, instantly setting the stage for a premium tea experience.Upon tasting, the smooth, earthy flavors unfold with a subtle sweetness and a velvety texture that pleases the palate. There's a profound depth to this matcha, striking a perfect balance between robust taste and a calming, jitter-free energy. The flavor profile is versatile, making it ideal for both traditional tea and modern lattes, even lending itself well to culinary explorations like baking or creating vibrant green tea creams. However, it's worth noting the price point, which, while reflective of its ceremonial-grade status, may be a consideration for those new to the matcha world. Ceremonial Grade Great Matcha
If you're curious about the price tag, look up the different grades of match! Ceremonial grade is the highest and usually drank on it's own and in tea ceremonies. This isn't the type you want to put into a latte or mix with milk because the taste is so light and subtle and just tastes pure with no real bitterness. Since this is such a high grade, the price is obviously higher. But worth it if you appreciate the taste and quality. It is a bright green and tastes like you'd expect a ceremonial grade to be.

Exceeded my expectations!
This was my first time getting true ceremonial matcha. The only other time I had it was from a coffee shop in NYC and there truly is a huge difference in ceremonial and the matcha drinks you get at common, well-known coffee shops. I will never go back! Even though the bag is pricey, you don't need much powder per drink so I think you definitely get your money's worth. My first impression upon opening the package was the rich, delicious smelling aroma. The powder mixed very well with hot water and I had no issues with dissovling or any lumps. I mixed it with some oat milk and vanilla bean syrup and it tasted amazing! It has a sweet umami flavor and no grassy taste at all! Which is what I usually taste in matcha lattes from a popular coffee shop. Very happy with this matcha!

Delicious, bright green, and fresh
This was my first venture into matcha and won't be the last. What stands out at first is the bright green color of the tea powder - quite unexpected when first opening the package! The picture doesn't do it justice. It has a unique flavor compared to the more "normal" green teas I'm used to drinking and that's a good thing. No reusable tea bag or ball required here - the tea powder is added directly to hot water where it dissolves with a little whisking. A little bit goes a long way here and I added 1/4tsp to 8oz of water. The package may look small compared to tea leaves but don't be deceived because it's extremely dense. Think the consistency of flour.

Good for cooking as a green tea flavor , or in traditional green tea (expresso) type
Used this flavor / color for a green tea cream , sponge cake which worked well , you can see the deep color it provided with the taste of green tea ..... You could use it to flavor ice cream or other things like milk shakes , and yes you could to drink , but note this is NOT green tea as you say get a sushi restaurant , this needs to be whisked and provide a thicker almost expresso style of drink with a strong flavor , used in for example Japanese tea ceremonies ....Cake came out looking good ..
