Works well, BUT....
The chair did what was needed to assist with transferring and improving mobility. It was easy to use and store. They only problem is if you have a weak back or limited core control. There is no real support structure. The sling seat sagged (even when pulled tight) so the back support was of no use. It would be great if there were additional attachments.

Free to Travel
Makes it possible for us to use our car again. Good design and easy to assemble. Essentially four bolts.Only criticism, is that it is quite heavy, but seems necessary for what it does. Really cool way it folds.

Bad battery pack
The lift worked great for about 3days, then started to have issues where it won’t lift even if plugged in. The pack is to be 24V and only had 19V after charging when I probed the pins.Don’t know if they will provide a new pack or will need to return the complete lift.Update, no response from Seller on issue or possible replacement parts. Just need a new battery pack.

Heavy and slow but much safer than Sit to Stand or Hoyer.
Using this for my disabled wife. Makes transfers easier. Needs a battery charge indicator so you know when it is running low! If you need more chair space just add more chain links or hooks.

Not meant for those retaining water, or other weight issues. It's rubs everthing! Using it more than once a day becomes painful where

Packaging, manual, instructional video all terrible - ordered one and motor didn't work - ordered another one - VERY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE AND GET OUT OF PACKAGING! Worked once then sparked under up/down control and stopped working - VERY HEAVY to lift, put together, take apart and repackageWould NEVER recommend this product to anyone

Decent tool to load into vehicle.
Bought this one as SUV sits almost at upper limit of lift. Description didn't note that the range of lift includes using all adjustments of seatbelt closures. It works but we had to buy a 6in cushion to lift wheelchair seat to be able to place him in and out of vehicle without dropping. Regardless of that, it's been a lifesaver in terms of loading amd unloading into SUV.
