Looking at the listing pictures, I thought this would come with a tube. It does not. It's just basically a sleeve with Velcro on it. Very disappointed.

First I have to say that I love this tube cover. I love how easy it is to manage and I love how strong the velcro is. I love that it's easy to clean as well. But, I do have to comment on the length. The chart in the listing was a little confusing when I briefly looked at it and I did not realize just how long the tube cover would be. I happen to have received the delivery in my mailbox during our first snow of the season and so, this morning, while walking to the bus stop with my daughter, I stopped to grab it and opened it standing there waiting for the bus. When we tried to assemble it, it took the two of us stretching out a bit into the road because the length is about the size of a 10-year-old. In comparison to my own body it went from the ground to my bra line. Now I had knowingly purchased the tube cover, not for a foley catheter cover, but for a G&J tube cover. I had fully intended to modify the length, knowing that it would be far too long. This is just hysterical though. At the same time, having worked in medicine for 20 years, I am well aware that this is the appropriate length for most setups. The shock though, of physically handling it, and realizing how many times we could cut this and sew it to fit my needs had my daughter and I laughing hysterically as the bus pulled up. What can I say, we are weirdos! All said, I will probably have three tube covers and I am not upset at all about that. I could simply cut it and heat seal the ends with a lighter but I will likely stitch them with the sewing machine to create a nice edge. Anyone thinking that the tube cover is too long for them needs to recognize how easy it would be to cut to size. This is a great product and you shouldn't hesitate purchasing it, but do think of us when you open it and see how long it is in real life.
