Q: Can’t decide on this or Lilly’s kitchen for my almost 1 year older Cavapoo? Has anyone tried both?

Iv only used Forthglade and have been for about 6 years. I couldnt recommend it more highly my dogs thrive on it.

Q: Why does this food come without the sleeve like all other forthglade food?

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. We don't include sleeves in our Variety packs, in an effort to cut down on any unnecessary packaging and be more environmentally friendly. We include all of the product information on the box instead. When it comes to our single recipe multipacks - as these are the same packs that also get sent to our various stockists, who may sell the trays individually, we do still need to include the nutritional information on the packs, so these will still be sleeved. Q: I received a box of these and 4 of the packs came damaged, i am unable to find a place to contact you. am i able to have these refunded or replaced.?
