I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. This bench is awesome! For the price you can't beat it. Comes assembled. All you have to do is pull it out of the box, unfolded it. Add the pins and your all set. Only thing you have to screw on is the foam foot thing (lol)! I was super afraid this was going to be crap because there are not many reviews and no pictures. I tried my best to provide a few to give others an idea of how big it is and how compact. It's comparable to another brand that looks like this bench. Honestly I purchased this one because it had next day shipping. My husband is happy and I am too. I just wanted a foldable bench that would allow me to do some dumbell exercises. The padding is firm and the bench is stable. For reference I am a 262lb female and my husband is 249lbs. We are both trying to get in shape. We both sat on the bench and it didn't move. I almost bought a $100 popular brand...so glad I didn't! Also no rust and no odd smells! All hardware is clean and padding is intact.
