Yes this speaker stand is outrageously expensive but it is also outrageously good looking. If you use your play 5 daily and have to look at it daily, it is most definitely worth the expense. Well designed with high quality materials, and the speaker feels safely and snuggly tucked into the stand.

the wire will hang out
It looks nice... except the wire hangs out from the back. There is no real way to attach it either. Considering the whole point of this is to have something presentable, the wire hanging out ruins it.

Fantastic product and maximises Sonos Play 5
Spent many months stalking this and thought ยฃ200 was too much for a stand but always wanted to have my play 5 elevated so when I saw the price drop I didn't hesitate to order and I'm glad I did.Its a fantastically well made product and easy to assemble but I'm stunned at much better my play 5 sounds now that's it at the correct height, I feel I'm getting full value from my Play 5.I can't recommend this enough and if I get another Play 5 I'll be ordering one of these with it

Nice looking stand!
Great nice looking stand but if you buy a pair the wood's shade may differ. My one stand is slitly darker that the other one. Unfortunately I noticed it when I received them. I still rate it 5 stars but bear in mind buying more than one.

unable to assemble, poor response from Flexson and a lot of hassle repackaging
The base did not match the stand; Flexson said they had no spare part; and the packaging is not straight forward to repack. A lot of hassle and disappoint from an expensive product. Will look for another stand manufacturer.

Bit pricey, but best stand on the market for the play 5. If youโre going to spend the money on a Sonos system then you may has well stand them on the best stands. Easy to put together , took 10 mins max. Sturdy and looks the part.
