😂 I know it’s a little embarrassing but 6 of these little prunes do the job! I am always constipated and nothing ever worked. I’ve tried high fiber, lots of water, Metamucil..but nothing works… except these little babies!!! 🤩🤩🤩I am so so happy that I don’t have to take a laxative 2-3 a month anymore.And now I can FINALLY take the COLOGUARD at home test for colon cancer that my doctor keeps pestering me to do! (I’m so embarrassed to say that I’ve had many of those boxes and have let them expire 😬).So 6 pieces ( not 3 or 4) is my magic number. It hits me right! Perhaps, others can use less… or maybe more… but for me 6 does the job.

Otherwise, I would have given it a full 5-star rating. They're delicious stewed, or right out of the bag.When we toured Britain 3 wks in yr 2000, the restaurants in all four countries (England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland) would bring either stewed prunes or fresh cherries or both with your breakfast whether you ordered them or not... both are really 'big' in the UK as a breakfast food. They were all just so, so good that we have continued to buy prunes and fresh cherries ever since. And these Kirkland Sunsweet did not disappoint.. they're delicious!! (And so good FOR you, too - both heart healthy and gut healthy!)
