On the positive side,the rug arrived quickly.The colours were good,and pretty much as shown in the ad photograph.Our gripe was that the rug never sat flat.It always had "waves" in it even after having been down for quite a few days.These not only had the effect of making it look old and used,but also dangerous as its easy to catch ones foot in these folds and take a tumble.We have requested to return and refund for this item,but will have to wait and see how that pans out.We really don't like this system that operates with merchandise that is bought from Amazon marketplace.We do feel that as one is buying under the Amazon umbrella then the same policy regarding returns and refunds should operate regardless.We will think twice in future about buying from Amazon marketplace.
