This is actually a great product, I returned it without using it because I didn't need it, but I have used it in the past when walgreens used to sell it and they do work. 2 of them under the tongue does the trick, I think they are fantastic.

Sugar pills. They do absolutely nothing to ease tinnitus.

I was diagnosed with tinnitus in early 2017, and I am well-aware there is no cure nor much of anything in the way of prescription treatment. Most of what doctors recommend, if they bother to recommend anything, are things like steroids, which have nasty side-effects and do not work, so I was forced (like all other tinnitus sufferers) to find my own methods for dealing with this infernal condition. Up to now, I have achieved great success using the masking noises available on YouTube, which I play on my speakers at home and download into MP3s when I travel. But a recent spike in the noise in my right ear has caused me to search out for products that may take my fight to the next level.Do these pills work? Based on my own experience, which is a few weeks old, I would say "yes -- sort of, occasionally." Shortly after beginning a regimen ( x 2 pills x 3 times a day) I began to notice "gaps" in the usually continuous whistling noise I have in my right ear. Sometimes they were only a few minutes in length, and at other times they lasted a few hours. At other times the noise remained, but was at a less annoying volume. These gaps are intermittent and there isn't much rhyme or reason to when they occur, but unless they are a placebo effect, which I really doubt, I believe they may -- may! -- be linked to using this product.My rating of three stars is based on a) the fact I really don't know if they are really the cause of the occasional silences and reductions in volume, and b) because if they work, they don't work immediately or continuously, but seemingly at random. On the other hand, I can't deny that a coincidence seems unlikely. I have ordered another type of pill which is highly thought of in reviews, but I intend to keep taking these until the bottle runs out, at which time I will re-asses. But for tinnitus sufferers they are probably worth a one-month trial as the price is not prohibitive, and anyone with this aggravating condition is entitled to take a few potshots at treatment.

Tinnitus is greatly lessened with this product and I love Amazon's price. I am on a fixed income and appreciate any savings I can get. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Did not work for me

Tried many different products and this one works best for me. Doesn't stop all the ringing in my ears but lessens it.

Used this product as directed and saw no benefit.

Total waste of money for me: Did absolutely nothing.
