Edit: after being contacted by the seller, they are going to fix the problem. Having said that, I change my review to 5 stars for the customer service.Original:Most, if not all sheets were warped. When held down for engraving, the wood is not uniform in the core. Some sections cut fine, others would not cut because of some impurity.

I found that almost all the pieces were warped when they arrived and it varies in charring when cutting.

It cuts and engraves great. It's very consistent from sheet to sheet. Looks nice even if I don't add a finish.

Like many others, half of the boards were warped and would not lay flat however my biggest complaint were that they were not truely 12x12. Every board measured 11 13/16 x 11 13/16...An Update.... After contacting the seller, they responded ASAP and they corrected the issue immediately. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and I updated my rating to Five Stars.. I will be purchasing more products from them.

I'm updating my review to five stars, the seller has been fantastic, working to ensure customer satisfaction.As for the wood itself, it is the size and thickness I expected and needed for my projects.

The media could not be loaded.  I don’t even know where to start with this.1. The veneer isn’t wood. This is plywood with a paper sticker on top of it. The price is not worth it.2. Warped. Every other pieces is warped beyond use.3. Won’t cut. The material is so inconsistent that half the time it doesn’t cut through. Every time I think the settings are right and it cuts goods, the next piece with the same settings doesn’t cut. Not to mention it’s impossible to not get an overwhelming amount of soot on every edge.Do not buy

The wood cuts nicely most of the time. I have had it not cut all the way through in a couple spots which makes the veneer peel easily. The same for birch and walnut.
