This kit was the best priced when I was shopping for the items you get. I was in the market for an extra mat and wanted to get blocks for non-studio use. I use the strap to wrap my mat up, but it is kind of awkward. I don't like carrying it like that. The blocks are light and are of a good height and I've been using them during my non-studio yoga classes (my work offers some). Mat is standard size and is about the same quality as the low end one I got at Target, but should still last a year or two. I also bought a gaiman yoga towel for hot yoga in blue and it matches perfectly.

My wife is pregnant and her workouts now have to be pretty limited. She bought a yoga DVD but without some basic equipment it was difficult to complete the workouts. Now that she has this starter kit, she is able to complete her workouts and she feels much better when she's finished. She couldn't believe how much of a difference the blocks can make.

I am new to yoga. I started it because it was suggested by my MS doctor as a way to strengthen muscles and improve my balance. I'm certainly not a study in grace and doubt that I ever will be. The mat, strap and wedges is what is suggested by the gentleman who leads the sessions. This kit has everything in it that I need. It was reasonably priced and fits the bill. Over all, I'm satisfied.

This is my first yoga mat, but not my first time using one. I didn't have a lot to spend on this so I purchased this kit. All in all, it's fine. You know that rubbery weave stuff you buy for kitchen cabinets? Thats what the mat is, just a LITTLE thicker. If you're considering buying this, you're not going to be a yoga mat snob, so for the price it's good. I use it on carpet but if I was going to use it on tile or hardwood I'd buy something thicker.

This yoga matt is a great thickness. It’s a good texture too for gripping while doing yoga. The blocks work great got support. Well made.

The blocks are good and the straps are a bit short. However, the yoga mat is not sticky at all. This is a problem because I can't be slipping. It could be because it is brand new and the mat seems to have some type of film on it.

The products in the box were made good and work well. Was a good value for the amount charged. I found others charging more for the same brand.

pretty great yoga mat. it is your typical mat, just like the mats that are offered at the place i do yoga. also comes with two blocks and a strap, both pretty standard. i recommend this kit for anyone who needs it for yoga. i have seen other people with thicker mats but i honestly feel like this one does the trick.

It is great for someone starting out, but the quality of the strap is subpar. I did not open the yoga mat or the blocks since I will be returning them but from what I did see the mat is a basic mat and in combination with the two blocks, and the decent strap it is a good price. The blocks are sturdy but they have smaller dimentions than the aver blocks I think. I compared it to mine and although they are a lot stiffer, it is smaller than my smallest.
