Very good and classy look. Easy to use. Working as told.
The media could not be loaded. Item received in good condition. Even the seller gave contact number if in case of any damage. Very much impressed in the first use. Its working as it is. . I can measure the Durability only after couple of use . Glass is very thin and we get the fear of breaking but nothing has happened in first use. So I am happy in the product

Cute and useful
It's cute looking, light weight, easy operations. Gas stove top safe. I have not tried in microwave yet. I am loving it. Got rid of separate strainer etc. Useful for green tea, black tea and herbal tea etc.

Delivered item is not the same.
The cup shown in the photo displayed is not the same that has been delivered. Since I have gifted this item and they have used it, the same was not refunded by me.However, the Product quality is good.
