I bought this dresser as a secondary bedroom storage unit to go in my walk-in closet. It is quite heavy when shipped, and I found this to be a good thing as too many manufacturers are just too cheaply made these days. It is an involved process to build this dresser especially since I did wood glue many of the parts, like the drawers and all the wood dowels. I wanted the added protection/strength of using wood glue, but it is not absolutely necessary. The assembly directions are clear and the design of this unit is excellent. It looks really nice when assembled and it has plenty of room. Drawers all slide smoothly. I would highly recommend this one!

Linsy Home is so thoughtful, I am very impressed. The instructions were easy to follow, the pieces well marked and in good condition, the hardware nicely packaged - extra parts included with a nifty two sided screwdriver (philips and flat) that fits into a custom handle - and best of all the drawer slides were pre-installed! All I needed to handle were cams, locks, and screws for assembly.The only help I needed was to stand the unit up once the base was installed, but that was me being safe not sorry. My helper thought I could have done it by myself the unit seemed so sturdy.To top it all off Linsy Home provides clear silicone corner guards for the dresser top, the exact spot that tends to get damaged first. Love that they thought to include this with their product!The drawers were easy to slide in, open and closing great and were nicely aligned. It's a nice size for a master bedroom. It looks great! I am super pleased with my purchase.

This bureau is attractive, easy to put together, and well constructed for the price. The material is easy to scratch/blemish, however, so take care while assembling and moving. I'm 60 and I did it by myself (me and a two wheeler, anyway).

I bought two and wants step by step on instructions and was not hard for me to put together. I love the look the heaviness of them. The drawers not that deep but deep enough for us and holds our clothes perfectly. Ignore husbands clothes on top he just hasn’t put them up yet. 😣

Overall this is a very sturdy and attractive piece. The reason for the ranking lies in the limited usability due to the drawer design. The drawers only come out about a 1/3 of the way. Meaning it is difficult to get at the back of the drawer. Also a challenge if you are trying to place large folded clothes inside or take out.If your plan does not include using this as a major daily use dresser it works fine.

The media could not be loaded. This dresser was extremely disappointing because only after it was built did I discover that the drawers only open halfway and is very inconvenient to use. When I contacted the company for support, they wouldn't issue a refund or provide any solutions to returning it. After messaging them, they claimed that this was a “safety” feature. However, I know many dressers that can have their drawers pulled out safely without it being ridiculously unable to come out more than halfway. It really just seems like a design flaw. I put some items in to test it out and I literally can’t see the back items at all unless I pull out everything in the front. This is pretty upsetting because this supposedly “safety feature” wasn’t written anywhere on the Amazon listing of the product. I told them that now that it’s put together, in order for me to return it, I’d have to take it apart piece by piece and somehow “Tetris” it all back into the box to return it. Which will be extremely difficult because the pieces came perfectly tightly placed in the box. This isn’t an ideal solution for either one of us. So I asked them if they have any solutions, and how other customers typically return this product after building it. The dresser took me a whole day to build, and had I known that the drawers only open halfway, then I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. I figured they could at least provide me with some information on how the pieces arrived initially so I know how to fit it all back into the box. Unless they expected me to memorize it when I first opened it and as I was building it!? But after I inquired about how to best return the product, they ended the chat and didn’t message me back. So now I have to reach back out to them and hope I don’t get “ghosted” by this company again when all I’m trying to do is return it. I would say don’t bother buying this dresser for its poor design and difficulty to use. And originally, I would have just left it at that. But after speaking with the company’s representative, I’d say don’t buy anything from their company at all.

The media could not be loaded. Box is very heavy. You will need 2 people to move it. Unless you unpack (as I did) right on the front porch and move it inside, piece by piece. Packaged carefully with lots of styrofoam and foam sheets. Take the time to lay everything out, count all of the wooden pieces and put them in order & the hardware (numerical & alphabetical, they come in individual bags) before you begin. The instruction manual details everything. Took me 3.5 hours by myself to assemble (broke it up into two days). Directions are easy & understandable. Take your time. Make sure the pieces that are going to be facing outward, are the smooth finished side (you will understand). Half way thru two pieces that are labeled 3 & 6 were incorrect. I reached out to Linsy_Home regarding the missing/incorrect pieces. Support@linsyhome.com I was surprised and pleased how they made sure they got it right. I sent them photos & video of the problem. Great customer service. Be patient, if you have an issue, you will hear from them the following day. I absolutely LOVE it and it exactly the dresser I was looking for. The drawers pull out smoothly and it looks beautiful. Very sturdy and exactly what we were looking for. Fits perfectly into our guest bedroom. Highly recommend. Just be aware that you may have an issue but Linsy_Home will address it.
