Easy to use, easy to store, sturdy, and I like all of the light choices. It is quiet and so relaxing to lay under it for a few minutes a couple of times a week. I purchased this for my wife. She has owned a couple of these devices, and this one is the easiest to use by far. She purchased a more expensive model, and the buttons were horrible, it was heavy and uncomfortable, and it would not turn on after one use. She has a handheld model that she says works well but is tiresome to use. She hasn't had this item long enough to comment on the benefits, but it is simple to program and easy to store as it folds in half. She does wish it had a few more lights and heated like her handheld but overall, she is happy with the product and the design. She likes being able to just shut her eyes and relax when using.

Since the light is open I am hoping it will have a positive affect on my hair too. The only downside are the goggles which are not comfortable and fit awkward.
