So, I purchased this light to use for rapidly drying UV resins when tying fishing flies like nymphs, perdigons, etc. Which it does a very good job. But I read about how you can see other stuff under different UV light frequencies. This light has two UV spectrums available and you will be surprised when you look at carpets, in the bathroom, your walls, outside with certain rocks and insects. Really a neat little light. And hey, if you still have a blacklight velvet Elvis poster, or two horses crossing a stream... this light will make them "pop" at night... LOL

This is an impressive product. Very well made and works extremely well. We use it to be sure we do not have a misbehaving cat. It enables us to find things that need to be cleaned easily.

Got this to search for fluorescing glass at flea markets, thrift stores, etc. It's small enough to slip into my hip bag without feeling heavy or bulky. Ended up being super helpful to find scorpions around my property as well.
