Makes a lovely cup of coffee….and looks excellent. I bought an induction plate so I can use on my induction cooker.

Finally Found the Perfect Mocha Pot!!!!!!!
* Note mine came from the Amazon Warehouse *Got this for OH as a part Xmas present.Prior to this he has had a number of on the stove mocha pots, but after a couple of uses he has found fault with them or not been happy with the quality of his coffee.He has now used this a number of time and after every use is over the moon with the pot and the quality of his coffees.He said as a tip: the lower the heat, the better the extraction and you will have a nicer coffee. Try and clean/wash as soon as, and make sure to rinse throughly, taking out the gasket & mesh filter to wash and rinse too.

Great price , great style and really nice coffee. Buy a metal spreader for top of your gas burner …. Makes it more stable.

I love the design and is working properly but doesn’t make the amount of cup of coffee writing in the manual

Not suitable for induction hobs
Very disappointed with Alessi - great design, very slick, and felt suitably heavy and solid. However, the first espresso maker arrived with a loose lid which had to be returned. The second espresso maker lid was better-fitting, and so we were exited to be able to make my Italian mother-in-law a lovely cappucino on Mothers Day. Sadly not. No matter what tricks we tried, our induction hob kept giving us the F error ... this product is clearly not compatible with induction hobs, and is clearly misleading consumers with the product description and it's marketing.Do not buy if you have an induction hob (especially one of the newest AEGs!)

Meravigliosa da regalare!
Design favoloso ma decisamente difficile da mantenere pulita esternamente. Il sapore del caffè è sempre perfetto anche dopo periodo di mancato uso di qualche mese (pausa estiva).

Café genial!
Funciona perfectamente. No deja nada de agua en su depósito y la forma del pico hace que nada de café resbale al acabar de servirlo

Pour les amateurs de café
C'est le goût typique des cafetières italiennes en fonte d'aluminium. Très facile à entretenir, très originale. J'ai eu ma première Alessi il y a plus de 30 ans, et j'en suis toujours aussi satisfait. A n'utiliser qu'avec un très bon café.
