Chihee Hammock Swing Chair - Strong Metal, Collapsible, Portable, Max 500 lbs, Comfortable Seat for Patio & Lawn, Indoor/Outdoor

I bought my boys a fancy expensive lifetime clubhouse swing set for Easter. It came with 2 swings and a trapeze bar. I purchased this hammock swing for myself because I knew my boys wouldn’t stay outside for long without me, and I need to get my money’s worth out of that $1500 swing set!It arrived today and I removed the hammock from the wooden support bar. I attached the hammock directly to the clips where the swings normally attach to the swing set.I would say that it is quite comfortable because as soon as my oldest spied me swinging in it, he demanded his turn and didn’t want to get up again. It is long enough that I can lay out on it and still have room, but due to its length it can be tricky to get that far in. My son did say that his legs were stuck together but that’s just the nature of a hammock swing IMO. This would be a great option for families with kids on the spectrum.My only complaint is that it is slightly too high up off the ground with my current setup. I have trouble getting out of the swing, and my son needs me to help him out. But my setup isn’t standard, and I can easily fix that with 2 XL carabiners.I would definitely recommend this hammock swing, and I’m likely going to buy at least one more so I’m not fighting the kiddos over who gets to swing.

11/22/19 update: Just received the replacement hammock... very quick delivery. The true test of a seller often comes when something goes wrong. This seller was outstanding in making things right!11/19/19 update: I just received a very nice (unsolicited) email from the seller. (I had not contacted them.) They apologized for any inconvenience, and indicated that they will provide a new chair as compensation. Thank you, Chihee! I will post a further update when I receive the replacement [note to Chihee---all I actually need is a new support bar]. I am adjusting my rating based on this seller's initiative in making sure their customers are pleased with their product!I like this hammock; the size is plenty big enough for me to cuddle up with my granddaughter and pull my legs entirely in. It is very comfortable. However, in just one month (after only about half a dozen uses) it developed substantial cracks in the wooden support bar (see photos): I'm concerned it will soon lead to failure, so I lowered my rating to 2 stars. Our combined weight is about 150 pounds, and we only do gentle swinging, so it has not been overly stressed. It will be difficult to replace this bar, because it has the "indents" at the ends to hold the ropes in place. So, I'm happy with the hammock, but disappointed at the same time!

This swing is made out of canvas. It seems to be well made. It came with a strap to hang it with. Set up was simple and quick. My daughter loves it.

I like the chair but the only thing I didn’t like was that it came with a spreader bar which was nice for some but I didn’t like the unstableness with it. I bought another metal clasp (d ring) and hooked up each side individually other than that great chair.

This is comfortable and easy to hang. It came with a matching cloth bag for storage, and a sturdy cord to hang it with. It is a very appealing and useful addition to summer life on the back deck. I take it in at night to avoid nighttime dew or visits from early morning birds, but it looks sturdy enough to last many summers into the future. And for what it is, the price seems very reasonable.

Habe sie in 2 Größen bestellt. Die XL Version ging dann zurück weil die kleinere vollkommen ausreichend ist und man sonst nur unter geht und nicht sehr bequem drin liegt. Die normale Version ist super bequem und meine 8 jährige sogar drin eingeschlafen. Wir lieben sie und auch mein Baby schaukelt gern drin. Top Qualität zum super Preis! (Haben noch Kissen drin damit es bequemer ist)

Es un lugar en tu casa o jardín donde puedes relajarte e incluso tener un viaje astral, recomiendo, muy cómoda, aparentemente resistente y fácil de instalar.
