I've had this for months and it has been working flawlessly. The display quality and touch screen functionality is just as good as the original. If you've tinkered with electronics before, installation isn't very difficult. My biggest issue was getting the trim out of the way. Check YouTube videos for instructions -- you really have to put some force into it.The only issue I had was the first one was DOA. I thought I might have a bad head unit, but to my relief, the second worked without issue.

The dealer wanted way too much money and a week with my car, so I gave this a shot instead.With the help of a YouTube video, I had it installed in 20 minutes and saved $600! The screen quality is great, everything works perfectly, and the price is unbeatable.One tip: consider picking up some electronic silicone to hold the screen snugly in place. It’s not essential, but it helps prevent rattling and allows for expansion. Overall, a fantastic replacement option!

It was very easy to install. Had a little hiccup with my screwdriver set, but nothing a little Walmart trip didn’t solve. Very happy with my purchase!! I was able to install on my 2018 Jeep Compass with ease.

Took about two hours to install (it definitely takes less time i had a few set backs). This saved me a lot of money. Screen works perfect for the price. Definitely recommend.

This is not a plug and play. You have to take apart the entire Uconnect in order to access your ribbon connections. Its not terribly difficult, but after installing the screen is black, but radio works. Waiting for reply from seller before I update.Update: The seller was very quick in sending another screen. This time the screen worked perfectly. I'm guessing the first screen's backlight was defective as the buttons worked when you'd tough around on the screen but you couldn't see any of the buttons/apps on the screen.

The screen works great, I am so so impressed. Touch screen functions great. I have to see if my back up cam works again but yeah seems good so far!My husband installed it as I have no patience for small screws. You need a T8 torx screwdriver for most of the internal screws. I did not know that and no where mentions it. Start to finish took him 1 hour. It’s tedious but very much possible to do on your own!! Watch a good YouTube video and follow the steps!After not having a screen for a year this is wonderful and $80 is a steal..
