The color is not a nice deep blue like the picture, it does not look as good, the legs took time to install, but look very nice gold, the sofa is very durable, the box that it came in had damage, but there was no damage to the sofa, so this sofa can take a rough shipment, you can tell by looking at it that's it is not leather, for it looks vinyl, this sofa would be better for an office use then home use, or a home office because it is not real comfortable, maybe in time it will be, but overall I like the sofa, that's why I gave it four stars.

The sofa is nice but the delivery service was horrible! No communications whatsoever and almost two weeks late.On the day of delivery I picked the option 12pm to 3pm delivery. They “NSD None Stop Delivery “never showed up and never called me that they would be late or that they will not show up. I had to call their customer service and it took 45 mins to get through to them. They said they can’t deliver on that day. Well they could have called me and let me know!!They decided to deliver on a weekend and I found out that my building doesn’t accept delivery on weekends. So again I called them back and waited 30 mins to let them know. They said they would arrange delivery for the next Monday or Tuesday and would give me 24 hours notice. Well they never did and they still delivers on Saturday which I told them my building doesn’t accept delivery. So they had to take the sofa back.Today July 22nd they were delivering between 1030am to 130pm. They said they would call me 30 mins before they show up. They never did. I was out and they called me that they are at my building. I wasn’t even home so I had to call my nephew to let them in. The delivery guy was very rude to my nephew and didn’t even help with the sofa to bring it inside! He had to bring the sofa himself inside the condo.Never will be ordering any furniture from amazon or at least quality control these delivery companies.

Nice firmness, soft texture, beautifully dope!

Purchased this sofa four months ago for our garage bar, where we spend most of our time as we have two new puppies. This sofa is comfortable and durable. I included a close-up photo of the bottom front, where the puppies are always scratching to get up. As you can see, not a mark. One of us will sleep on it every night to be by the puppies, and it is comfortable. It may not be real leather, but I am actually glad about that. It is easy to clean—I vacuum it, then use a leather cleaner and protector. Super easy to maintain. Excellent value and very happy with this purchase.

The couch is easy to assemble. All you have to do is attach the legs. The faux leather is super nice and the couch is firm which I expected out of this style. I will say the delivery is a bit weird. The date /time you choose with Amazon most likely will not be the day they deliver if there are no deliveries in your area. Contacting the delivery company took a bit of time as well.

The media could not be loaded.  This couch is really great looking. I love how luxurious it looks. The PU leather has a nice texture and grain - it looks like a real thing. The couch is really comfortable although it is firm. It is well built and super easy to assemble - you just have to add the legs. I love the rich navy color and the details of nail trim. Beautiful piece, I also have a chair from the same brand.

The box was damaged, but I did not refuse shipment as the couch may have been ok. It was not. Although it showed no outward signals of mold on the faux leather, it smelled strongly of mold and I had to wrap it in plastic several times and put an air cleaner next to it until the freight company came back to collect it one week later. The box had been clearly water damaged and dried out, meaning the couch had likely been sitting in water in the warehouse. The refund did not post to my account until about 4 weeks after it was initially delivered, and several calls to customer service. It appeared to be easy to assemble (just screw on the legs), and was stylish, although the "brown" was more of a burnt orange. Won't buy again from here.

Beautiful. Looks and feels like real leather, the color is true navy. Not a soft over-stuffed sort of couch, add some throw pillows and it's comfortable enough. Large enough to stretch out on.
