Sounds great and easy to setup and use
I bought the CXN100 to stream music through services like Qobuz—I wasn’t interested in managing digital files or navigating endless setup options. After a lot of research, I chose the CXN100 and have been very happy with it.Setup was quick and intuitive, and the interface—both on the device and in the app—is clean and easy to use. The sound quality is excellent: clear, detailed, and balanced.If you want a high-quality streamer that’s simple to set up and just works, the CXN100 is a great option. Those who want deep customization might find it limited, but for straightforward streaming, it’s ideal.

Early impressions ... most excellent!
Initial impression so it could change, but great so far. Device set up (after I figured out how to set up the analog input on my amp) and getting the app set up for music services was a breeze. The listening experience justifies the hefty price tag. Music is so much more detailed than anything I have heard before.Great display is easily read from across the living room and it's nice not to have to pick up the phone for track info all the time. So far so good!

Sounds terrible and functions just as bad
First this thing looks cheap. The display is absolutely ugly, looks like something from the 70's and not in a good way. The sound is life less and flat. I was wanting to upgrade from my bluesound node 2. This cxn100 doesn't hold a candle to the bluesound. No tone control. No sub out no remote all of which i was willing to over look until I heard the garbage sound this thing puts out. I tried it with my airpulse a300 pros it was terrible. Then we went to the living room played it through my Naim amp and wharfedale speakers, once again horrible, hallow and just lifeless. The app is just as bad. I don't know if you can see my other reviews, I don't usually trash products, but this thing is terrible. My bang and olufsen h95s sounded like a old-fashioned set of 1980s headphones. I couldn't be more disappointed.

Awesome!
I bought this to go with my Cambridge setup consisting of an AXR85 receiver and AXC35 cd player. I’m using it for two things. Streaming and as a dac for my tv. As a streamer I can’t fault it. As a dac for the tv I’m finding too much lag between the picture and sound. I never had this issue on the $20 dac from Bestbuy. Didn’t expect to have this on an expensive piece of kit.For now it’s 4/5 stars for me until there’s a patch for this or I find a work around.
