The chain.
The opener itself is great. Pretty high quality. I used this as an "on the road" or "travel" bottle opener, but after a little while the chain on this product broke. I was able to fix it with some pliers and it hasn't come undone sense. I think it was just a little loose. 4/5 would recommend.
