Good machine
Delivery was fast. Machine looks great. Good to use for my restaurant,at the moment work perfectly and make my job easy. It keeps water very hot and you can adjust the water temperature which is awesome! I would recommend this product! I have had no issues and works exactly like I wanted!

Efficient hot water dispenser
This hot water dispenser is a perfect size and has a slim design, allowing the tower to easily fit in with your coffee brewer and other beverage machines which we like. It was everything I intended it to be. Very efficient use. It makes excuting our bar needs even quicker. Ample amount of hot water.

Won't even fill with water.
I've only had this water heater in use for 3 months and it no longer intakes any water because the value is stuck on shut. Also it started leaking. Would not recommend.

Not real metal very light , so far still very good condition, nothing wrong . We use for restaurant.

The temperature setting is awesome
This commercial water heater is exactly what I need because it comes with a preset temperature for brewing tea. Previously, I had to constantly test the water temperature when brewing green tea, which often led to inaccuracies. With this water heater, my tea brewing process becomes precise and convenient. It’s truly amazing!

works fine but health inspector made us disconnect and remove from premises.

We all loving it
It does fill up water automatically after we dispenser some hot water, we will never run out of hot water anymore. The 120v, it does hit up water very fast. It looks very fancy inside the restaurant. The dispenser water parts feels very sturdy, it will prevent damage by accidently bump to it.
