I have to say this product does nothing to help you stop vaping, for what it’s worth I may as well of used the pen top of a bic biro, smoking & vaping requires a “hit” of nicotine on each blast this doesn’t give any hit it is a complete sales gimmick which I fell for, I did manage to stop vaping but I relied on will power and stress, I only used this a handful of times and I found it absolutely garbage for relieving cravings. Don’t waste your money & time just use a pen top.Nothing against the sellers of this item I wish them all the best

Neat item. Looks gd just as a minimalist necklace. Classier than using a using a straw as some reviws suggested (Same equivalent tho), & always easily available round ur neck (can't do that withwith a straw , lool.) Giving up smoking, or have anxiety, this mite help .. depending on the individual of couse .. i got both silver & black to match clothing items.

These are…. I don’t know but they help with breathing and calming down thus I’m not standing up and going out for a puff.

I bought all four colours. They do work and would recommend. Takes a while for postage but worth the wait.
