defective paper fringer
I have watched numerous YouTube videos on this item to make sure I was loading my quilling paper correctly. I am doing everything right but, the device still won't advance the paper under the final 3/4" metal bar. Unless the quilling paper clears that final bar and reaches the paper cutting guillotine, it cannot fringe the paper. Sadly, I have no choice but to return the defective item.
