Great scale
I’m really pleased with this body fat scale and its app. Setup was seamless, and it connected instantly to my Samsung S24 Ultra with zero issues. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy to create individual profiles for each family member, so everyone can track their own stats. The scale makes it convenient to monitor our progress over time. Overall, it's been a reliable, easy-to-use tool for the whole family. Highly recommended for anyone looking to keep a closer eye on their health!

Not worth the $$, app is terrible, no access to data outisde of app
Requires user account creation using phone number in app to set up scale. Data only available in app. Data cannot be accessed via computer or exported for use on a computer. This is a major deficiency - especially given how expensive the scale is. App does a very poor job at data visualization. Not being able to access data outside of app means it is not possible to combine scale data with data from other sources for a more complete health picture.Do not recommend purchasing.

So happy we bought this instead of doing body scans at a gym!
After spending over a thousand on scans at a gym, finally got our own and are so happy we did. We can track our progress on our own and both have our own profiles. Easy to connect, lightweight and delivers accurate results!

Inconsistent measurements - infrequent connectivity issues
I wanted to like this thing. It tracks all sorts of measurements, gives you a nice historical graph of your progress, and is generally easy to use. However, while I know the "science" of measuring body fat in this manner can produce some varying results, I fully expected this scale to be consistent when it came to the weight aspect. I could stand on it, get a measurement, let it go back to sleep, stand on it again, and get a measurement that was 4 or so lbs different. This really made me question the accuracy of any of the measurements. I found myself deleting more and more entries from the historical graph just so it didn't completely mess up the visual of overall improvement. We ended up relegating it under a cabinet somewhere and it'll probably stay there until it pesters me about a low battery. Shame, because I was looking forward to having something like this.=== Spittle's "Saliva Spectrum" Score ===### 2 Stars: Sour Secrete### Off-putting, leaves a bad aftertaste.

Great scale
Great scale - measurements track close to gym scale.

Nice Design, but Be Cautious with Accuracy
The InBody H30 has a sleek look and connects easily to the app, but I noticed that the body fat % readings can be off if you’re wearing an Oura Ring or Apple Watch during the scan. Removing them helps, but it’s something to be aware of.It’s convenient for tracking trends over time, but I’m still unsure if it truly justifies the higher price compared to other smart scales. Good tool if you’re already invested in the InBody ecosystem, but not 100% convinced it’s worth the cost for everyone.

Solid BEI scale
Does what it says it will do. Works well as long as you understand the idiosyncrasies of bioelectric impedance (BEI) body composition analysis. That's also why I dinged it a star, though. They do not give you the ECW numbers to be able to determine how much hydration may be affecting the data on a particular measurement. That said, you've got it there at home, so you can figure out a consistent routine to try and take out the variability. Personally, every week or more, I wake up, get a drink of water and then my morning coffee. Let the coffee do it's job and on my way back from the toilet, use the scale. Should be in about the same state each time that way so the data is more consistent. I have compared with the much more expensive gym unit and the numbers agree well, although I miss the segmental analysis. The app is ... fine? It's slow and does what it does with very little choice for you on how you want to use or look at the data, but it shows it to you and does show the trends over time.

Wife loves it
My wife is a fitness coach and we both compete in powerlifting. Our old scale was pretty inaccurate so pulled the trigger on this one. We love it. The app works great too. And we weigh around the same the scale distinguishes between us every time without error
