Perfect for Cocktails!
I picked this up for the bar I manage when we noticed people were ordering a lot of Moscow mules. I hated the waste that came along with not using an entire can of ginger beer and our fountain drink capacity is limited. I initially looked at bottled ginger beer syrups which I found to be prohibitively expensive. I decided to give this a shot since the reviews were good as was the price. This syrup ended up exceeding my expectations. Using the suggested portioning (1 oz per 12 oz of soda water) results in a tasty and mildly spicy ginger ale. Upping the concentration (I used 1 oz per 8 oz of soda water), gives you a spicy, yet not overpowering ginger “beer”. I personally do not like most ginger beers, so I appreciated the flexibility the syrup gives you. I have had several customers ask what is different about our mules because they taste so much better than others they have had and this syrup is the answer. When you’re using it in this way, the bottle lasts a pretty long time. I have used it in recipes I have created for my bar with equally positive results. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and now we make sure we always have an extra bottle or two on hand so we don’t run out.

You need to keep this on hand all the time.
This stuff tastes awesome! The only thing you have to watch out for is you will go through a bottle rather fast. We got it to add to our orange flavoring for making "summertime" drinks. when you add the two flavors together, it reminds me of a "creamsicle" from when I was a young kid. It will definitely tantalize your taste buds! Just add some ice and you have one smooth drink during the heat of summer. The only drawback is these get rather addicting after you had a couple and the next thing you know, your start craving them, especially as the weather gets warmer towards summer peak, but don't let that detour you, you can wean yourself off the summertime drink in fall, when it starts getting cooler and you convert over to hot chocolate or coffee. Never hurts to have a bottle of his stuff around. Affordably priced and a good size volume. I keep some on hand all he time.

DaVinci Gourmet Spicy Ginger Syrup
I tried to contact this Company RE: DaVinci Gourmet Spicy Ginger Syrup, but was unsuccessful. Their web site just shows "Drink Recipe". No food recipes.... I had a Chinese dish 50 years ago in "China Town, Boston". The appetizer was "Shrimp in Ginger Sauce. This was sooo delicious, I've tried to replicate it with varoius forms of fresh ginger.. When I saw this on AMZN, I had to try it . This recipe is "SIMPLE"... 1# large shrimp 16 -20 per pound, shelled, devained, tail, on, or off. Stiry Fry in a WOK, when almost done, add healthy splash of DaVinci Gourmet Spicy Ginger Syrup, add a "Cornstarch slurry" stirfy until syrupy, few seconds. Let me know how delicious this is !!

The Egg Nog Flavor Tastes Like... Egg Nog!
I bought 2 bottles of this DaVinci Gourmet Classic Egg Nog Syrup, 25.4 Fluid Ounces (Pack of 1).WHY I ORDERED THESE:- I totally love, Love, LOVE Egg Nog!- I also love adding Egg Nog in my morning coffee during the Holiday season, instead of my usual Half-n-Half.- But, with the outrageous $13 price this year for just a half-gallon of Egg Nog at our local small town market, I decided to try this DaVinci Gourmet Classic Egg Nog Syrup in with my my usual Half-n-Half for my coffee instead.THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THESE SYRUPS:- Yummy, yummy! This Syrup really does taste like Egg Nog in my coffee!- It also tastes good in hot milk to make a Faux Egg Nog drink too!- Here is where this gets really yummy...- Add some Egg Nog Flavored Syrup to your beaten egg and milk mixture for delicious French Toast!- Great to add a splash of this in with our Pancake Batter too!THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THESE SYRUPS:- It seems that we have to add at least TWICE as much of this DaVinci Gourmet Classic Egg Nog Syrup into our hot drinks and for cooking.- We have to use so much more of this syrup that we ever used with other brands, so 1 star off for that!- WOW, this stuff is bright with the artificial dye, and it stains!- This Syrup still does have a few preservatives in it, but probably less than most of the other brands.CONCLUSION:- Even though I am not so hot with the preservatives and bright color in my drinks, we do really LOVE that delicious Egg Nog flavor!- This DaVinci Gourmet Classic Egg Nog Syrup his will be fine for us during the Holidays. Maybe even for year-round?

Rich, Smooth, and Perfect for Coffee Lovers!
The DaVinci Gourmet Classic Coffee Liqueur Syrup is a fantastic addition to my coffee routine! It has a deep, rich flavor with a hint of sweetness, making it perfect for lattes, iced coffee, and even cocktails. The consistency is smooth, and it blends well without being overly thick or artificial-tasting.A little goes a long way, so the 25.4 oz bottle lasts a while, making it a great value. I also appreciate that it doesn’t overpower the coffee, but enhances it with a subtle liqueur-like taste—without the alcohol. If you love flavored coffee drinks or want to elevate your homemade lattes, this syrup is a must-try! Highly recommend! ☕

Good aroma and flavor. Not overwhelming.
Unexpectedly good. In our household, we usually acquire LOTS of Eggnog when it's in season and freeze it, taking out one quart every month or every other month. My wife makes egg nog latte's. I make egg nog chai.I saw this syrup when I ran low on my other favorite syrup and thought: why not give it a try.The good news is that it DOES give an egg nog aroma and taste. The better news is that it doesn't seem to upset my stomach like real egg nog does. The downside is that it's not a STRONG aroma and flavor, but it's a great substitute for the real thing.
